The only way I start my day. I slept through my alarm once this week and didn’t get to eat my oatmeal… It was the longest and slowest work day ever. Fuel your bodies, people! You have no idea the difference it makes.

Easy Zesty Chicken Pasta
Posted: July 31, 2013 in MealsTags: chef, clean eating, delicious, dinner, fitness, food, health, italian dressing, meal, orange pepper, yum, zesty chicken
Who says healthy foods can’t be absolutely delicious?
Credit to my wife for this one. We had no idea what we wanted to eat, so she got creative and just went with what sounded like a good combination. It was amazing. And super easy!
Cook some cut up pieces of chicken, add whatever chopped up veggies your heart desires (Maddy used tomatoes, onions, broccoli, cauliflower, and orange pepper). Add a little drizzle of Zesty Italian dressing to your pan with a sprinkle of whatever seasoning you like, and sauté while your noodles are cooking. Once the noodles are done, drain and pour your zesty chicken & veggie stir-fry to the top of your noodles.

And always remember that all healthy meals need is a little bit of creativity!
Our Healthiest Meal of the Day

Today I would like to talk to you all about
You may have seen some of my Facebook and Instagram posts (for those of you who don’t follow me, my Instagram name is @millerfitness and Madison’s is @_madisonalyse), Shakeology has become a part of Maddy and I’s daily routine. After the initial sticker shock and some research, we both realized that for what you get out of Shakeology is worth way more than what you give up to get it. Both of my parents now drink it every day, and feel great! There is no age limit or physical demand for Shakeology. You do not have to be a fitness junky to live a healthier lifestle.
Maddy is drinking the new all natural Vanilla flavor this month and she loves it blended with ice, strawberries, and some milk.
For those of you who simply cannot understand the rationalization, let me break it down for you…
If you or anyone you know would benefit from Shakeology, don’t hesitate to ask myself or Madison any questions! That’s what we’re here for. We didn’t want to keep this amazing shake a secret and we are happy to share our journey to living healthy with you!

Quote of the Day

A few months ago, Mondays were a day I dreaded. They just have that ever present rain cloud that everyone seems to be under.
Fast forward to now.
Monday is a day that represents opportunity, excitement, knowledge, and importance. My team has opened my eyes and changed how I see the world. By working with positive people who reinforce healthy habits and a good work ethic, you find yourself adopting their mindset. Not only do I have so many more opportunities to help people, I am also helping myself. Being a coach has opened so many doors, and even a few windows. Madison and I both get to listen to peoples needs, and help them get there.
Watching people on their journey to being healthy, fit, or financially free is the best thing ever.
It is that first step that makes the biggest impact.
I am thankful today that Madison and I chose to become Coaches, to get healthy, to be fit, and to help others do the same.
What are you going to be thankful to yourself for in 3 months? A year? 2?
We can help you look back and be proud.
