Always remember to refuel! Muscle can only grow if you feed it properly. Here’s a picture of my meal from the other day after a hard shoulder and arm workout! A big thanks to my wife for making it!!!

I did P90X2 yoga and it really helped to release some tension in my muscles and joints! Now I’m off to the gym for some high interval training. Hope to see you all there!
